Meeting Schedule Notice

Notice
Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Constable Ethics, Standards & Training Board endeavors to ensure the accessibility of its meetings to all persons with disabilities. Persons with a disability may request reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Board at (602)343-6280 or [email protected]. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation. 
 
Notice is hereby given pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01, that the Constable Ethics, Standards & Training Board will hold monthly meetings typically on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Unless otherwise noted on the schedule posted HERE or noted below, meetings will begin at 9:00 a.m. at Capitol Consulting - 818 North First Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85004. Members of the public are advised that a quorum of the Board may be present either in person or via teleconference. Members of the public interested in attending the meeting may do so by appearing at the meeting location at the designated time. Notice is hereby given that the Board may vote to go into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) for the purpose of discussion or consultation for legal advice with its attorney or attorneys regarding any item on this agenda. The chair may take items out of order.
 
In response to COVID-19, the CESTB may conduct upcoming meetings exclusively via teleconference.  Members of the public will be allowed to listen to the teleconference and instructions will be included in the meeting agenda on how to do so.
 
The upcoming February 11, 2021 meeting will be held at 1:00 pm. Agenda, when available, will be posted on this website and available through the link below.
